Returns and Exchanges


The success of Private Gallery can be attributed to many things, but perhaps the most important is the priority placed on customer service and having a well-trained, friendly and happy staff. Our goal is to make sure every customer feels like this is their own private gallery of clothing, jewelry and accessories  If you're not completely satisfied with your order, we will do everything we can to try and make it better!


Please look over your order as soon as you get it!  If you think that you've received a defective item, contact our customer service team within 2 business days of receipt of your order. If you were sent incorrect items or are missing items from your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible so we can get it sorted out for you!

Return Policy

  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled.

  • Items can be returned for store credit only, issued in the form of a gift card sent via email. We cannot issue refunds.

  • All returns must be received within 14 days of the delivery date.

  • Damaged items must be reported within 2 days of you receiving your order.

  • Anything purchased with any form of personalization is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return.

  • Anything purchased at a discounted price is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return.

  • Returned items must remain unwashed and unworn, ie: free of cigarette smoke, makeup, perfume, deodorant, animal hair, etc.

  • Shoes must be in new condition, no scuffs, tears, dirt etc.
  • Shoes must be returned in their original shoe box and placed inside an additional box for shipping transit. If we receive them damaged, shoes will be shipped back and subject to additional shipping costs.

  • Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.



Making a return

  • Include your RETURN FORMand original receipt (it is helpful if you circle the item(s) you wish to return)

  • Returns past the two week delivery date will not be accepted and will be sent back at the customer’s expense.

  • Shipping is non-refundable, unless there was a mistake on our end.

  • Please allow our team 5-7 business days to process your return once it is received at our warehouse.

  • If you send back an item that is not eligible for return, or you do not include your RETURN FORM, you will be charged to send the item back, or a 20% restocking fee.

  • Please securely pack the item(s) and the RETURN FORM in a box, bag or envelope of your convenience. You can use the original package too.

Because our inventory sells out quickly we cannot guarantee you will be able to exchange, but we will try. If we are unable to accommodate you, we can issue you a store credit sent via email so you can get something else at your convenience.


Store Credit


Store credit will be issued via email as a gift card, it will expire after 12 months and is a Final Sale.
